Status of Investigative or Remedial Action:	(June 21, 2011. Bob Schwarz) GRI conducted investigation and cleanup work in 2011 and 2011. DEQ concluded that no further action is needed. DEQ's staff report in support of this conclusion is attached. (August 23, 2011, Bob Schwarz) DEQ proposed a No Further Action determination for this site. Notice of the proposed No Further Action determination was published in the Oregonian and in the Secretary of State�s Bulletin on July 1, 2011. Comments were requested by August 1, 2011. No comments were received. DEQ therefore issued the No Further Action determination on August 18, 2011. A copy of attached.
