[March 2003] Following review of RI and Risk Assessment reports, DEQ determined that investigations and cleanup at the site were complete, and made a No Further Action determination in Nov. 2002. At that time, DEQ also determined that the requirements of the Consent Order were met, and terminated the Order. DEQ also determined that the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) closure performance standard in 40 CFR Part 265.111 was met.
