Improving Water Quality in the Yamhill Subbasin

The Yamhill River, all the streams that flow into the Yamhill River (i.e. tributaries), and the land area that these streams drain comprise the Yamhill Subbasin. The Yamhill Subbasin is part of the larger Willamette River Basin. DEQ's goal is to develop a plan to reduce pollution, improve water quality and ensure that the Yamhill River and tributaries are healthy for fish and wildlife, and safe for swimming and fishing.
