Rulemaking Update - Water Quality Permit Fees:

On Oct. 25, 2012, the Oregon Environmental Quality Commission adopted a 2.7 percent increase of DEQ water quality permit fees to address program cost increases. The permit fee increase applies to all National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System and Water Pollution Control Facility individual and general permits, except suction dredge (700-PM) and graywater (2401, 2402) general permits. The 2.7 percent permit fee increase became effective Nov. 1, 2012. The fee increase includes the following:
