General NPDES and WPCF Permit Documents

The following permit documents are for reference purposes only. An application must be submitted to the Oregon DEQ for coverage under a general National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit or a general Water Pollution Control Facilities (WPCF) permit. Applicants will receive a signed copy of the permit when coverage is issued.
