Water Quality Program Rules - Division 041: Water Quality Standards -

Beneficial Use Tables And Figures

The following tables show the designated beneficial uses of Oregon’s water by basin. All of the use designations shown on these tables and figures are effective for Clean Water Act purposes. The fish use designation tables and figures (maps) were adopted by the Oregon Environmental Quality Commission as part of DEQ’s temperature standard rulemaking in December 2003. Most of the fish uses were approved by the Environmental Protection Agency in March 2004 and the remainder were approved in 2010.
