RulemakingDEQ administers the Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan program under Oregon Administrative Rules Chapter 340, Division 54. DEQ must also meet requirements under Oregon Revised Statutes and the federal Clean Water Act and ensure program administrative rules address these requirements. Rulemaking Amendments to Clean Water State Revolving Fund Program RulesDEQ updated and amended the CWSRF loan program’s administrative rules in 2012. The Oregon Environmental Quality Commission adopted the amended rules that are now effective.
