Clean Water State Revolving Fund Loan Program - Introduction and Overview
The Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Loan Program provides
low-cost loans for the planning, design and construction of various
water pollution control activities. Any public agency in Oregon is
eligible for a CWSRF loan. Eligible public agencies include cities,
counties, sanitary districts, soil & water conservation districts,
irrigation districts and various special districts.

USDA's RUS provides grants and loans for similar types of water quality improvements. -
Oregon Business Development Department
OBDD also provides funding for similar types of water quality improvements. -
The Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund
This fund, administered by the Oregon Department of Human Services, is available to finance community drinking water systems.
