Loan Application Process

DEQ provides loans for four different categories of projects. Below (listed by those categories) are links to the documents associated with each type of loan. An applicant must complete one of the applications and all associated documents before being eligible for funding. It is highly recommended that applicants contact their regional CWSRF Project Officer early in the application process for assistance. The CWSRF program accepts applications at any time and received applications are reviewed three times during the year.*

Upcoming deadlines for receiving applications at DEQ in 2013-2014 are:

  • Close of business on Friday, Sept. 13, 2013
  • Close of business on Friday, Jan. 10, 2014
  • Close of business on Friday, May 9, 2014

*Unless five or more applications are received between reviews.
