Implementation of The Safe Drinking Water Act 1996 Amendments

The "Source Water Assessment Plan" (or SWAP) is a document describing how Oregon will accomplish the source water assessment requirements of the 1996 Amendments to the Safe Drinking Water Act. This document was prepared with the assistance of our citizen's advisory committee and was written primarily for the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
