Section 305(b) Reports

DEQ is required by the federal Clean Water Act (CWA) to assess water quality and report to EPA every two years on the condition of Oregon's waters.  The Clean Water Act Section 305(b) requires DEQ to report on the overall condition of waters in Oregon
