Search Hints
Select Program: Select the DEQ program that referred the Notice of Noncompliance to Enforcement.
Legal Name: Enter part or all of the legal name (e.g. Portland, for City of Portland).
Alternate Name: Enter an alternate name (e.g. ABC Shipping, alternate name for ABC Shipping Corp.).
Last Name:
Enter the last name of the inspector.
Region: Select a DEQ Office or Region.
  Create a .CSV file (comma separated values) of the report generated by this search
Search Hints:
  • The enforcement database may contain many variations on source names, so by choosing just one key word in the name, you will get enforcement actions for all of the variations.
  • Be sure to search for all possible source names including (common, legal, alias or previous name).
  • You can search by source legal name, source common name, inspector last name or any combination of these. For instance, if you did the following:
    • Legal Name = Acme Car Corporation
    • Alternate Name = Acme Cars
    • Inspector Last Name = Smith
    Your results will include all sources that have Acme Car Corporation or Acme Cars in their source name and that have an inspector with the last name of Smith listed.
  • You can also filter your search by the DEQ region (Eastern, Western or Northwest Regions).
