The steering committee, composed of residents of South Deschutes and North Klamath counties, is charged with identifying cost-effective solutions to protect area groundwater

What:             The South Deschutes and North Klamath County Groundwater Protection Project Steering Committee will meet to discuss topics including:

·         Groundwater questions and answers with Bill Mason, DEQ Hydrogeologist

·         Follow-up on re-sampling efforts

·         Strategic planning for communications and outreach

·         Subcommittee updates regarding options, domestic well sampling and spray field well data

                        The committee meets monthly on the first Tuesday of each month. Exact meeting times may vary, so check DEQ's website for updated times and locations.
