Hazardous Waste Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facility Permits are complex and stringent. They are primarily issued to facilities specializing in commercial hazardous waste management services. Hazardous waste generators will wish to avoid the increased costs and efforts associated with obtaining a permit.
