Manufacturer Registration Fees

DEQ has initiated a rulemaking process to change the registration fees that electronics manufacturers pay for Oregon’s E-Cycles program. DEQ has formed an Advisory Committee to help evaluate options for revising the registration fees and develop a proposed fee structure that will cover DEQ’s costs for administering Oregon E-Cycles. DEQ plans to propose a fee structure to the Environmental Quality Commission for adoption by rule in early 2012.
