Oregon E-Cycles Outreach

Materials

DEQ developed the following to use in promotion and outreach for Oregon E-Cycles. The materials denoted with an * meet the retailer point of sale requirement.

  • Brochure* PDF
    Tri-fold brochure with basic information about Oregon E-Cycles including why e-cycling is important, what happens to electronics after they’re collected for recycling, and data liability issues.
  • Flyer* PDF
    Small flyer with information about Oregon E-Cycles including Web site and phone number; prints four to a page.
  • Information cards* PDF
    Business-size cards with information about Oregon E-Cycles including Web site and phone number.
  • Language for receipt or bill insert*
    DEQ-approved language about Oregon E-Cycles to print on customer receipts or in bill inserts.
  • Poster PDF
    Versatile poster that lends itself to multiple applications; directs consumers to Oregon E-Cycles Web site. Does NOT meet the point-of-sale requirement.
  • Sticker* PDF
    3" x 3" sticker that can be placed directly onto computer, monitor or TV boxes.

In addition to these outreach materials, the Oregon E-Cycles logo is available and may be used by retailers, local governments and others to promote Oregon E-Cycles on their Web site or in educational materials.

Electronic devices

On June 29, 2011, Senate Bill 82 was signed into law. Beginning January 1, 2015, computer peripherals (keyboards and mice) and printers will be added to the Oregon E-Cycles Program.
