Update

ZRZ Realty Company, also known as Zidell, is working under a DEQ consent judgment to cleanup contaminated soil and Willamette River sediments adjacent to the property. During summer 2010 the company will remove "hot spots" of contaminated soil on the upland, developed portion of the site (west of the top of the river bank and north of the Ross Island bridge), using methods, safety precautions and site monitoring techniques approved by DEQ.
