Report a Complaint or Schedule a File Review

Schedule a File Review - File reviews are done by appointment only. You must contact each office individually to review files. We can try to accommodate multiple reviews but due to the high volume of requests, please contact an Eastern Region DEQ office.

To get site information before calling to set-up a file review, you can visit our Facility Profiler to get the file number; or you can obtain Site Summary reports for Environmental Cleanup Site Information (ECSI). For more information and other programs see our on-line databases.
