Site SummaryPortland General Electric Company (PGE) operates two fossil fuel-fired electric generating plants in the Eastern Region. The Coyote Springs Plant is located at the Port of Morrow in Boardman and it includes two natural gas-fired combined cycle combustion turbines. The Boardman Plant is located on Tower Road about 10 miles south of Boardman and it includes one existing coal-fired electric generating unit and one proposed natural gas-fired combined cycle combustion turbine (aka Carty Plant).
