When Making Your Complaint
To ensure a prompt response to your complaint, please be ready with as much of the following information as possible:
You can expect a response from a DEQ investigator within two business days.
DEQ does not handle noise complaints. Effective July 1, 1991, DEQ’s Noise Control Program was terminated. The function is now performed by city, county and municipal governments. For more information, see Finding solutions to noise problems.
