Using On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) technology, DEQ's Vehicle Inspection Program (VIP) can quickly and easily provide testing services for most 1996 and newer model vehicles. Best of all, the test is portable. That means DEQ can come to you!

On-lot Emissions Testing is one way we can help your business save time and money. By testing "on-site" you avoid lines and save time for you and your employees while lowering fuel costs, eliminating unnecessary miles on vehicles and protecting your inventory. Your vehicles stay cleaner and stay on the lot.

How it works: Preference given to 10 cars or more DEQ arrives at your lot DEQ tests your 1996 and newer vehicles DEQ issues certificates for passing cars Certificates are valid for 6 months Pre-paid coupons simplify payment Cost for the service is $26.00 per certificate There is no charge for non-passing vehicles
