Portland Air Toxics Report

Below is the Report and Recommendations of the Portland Air Toxics Solutions Advisory Committee. The report is the result of a two year collaboration between a diverse advisory committee and DEQ to consider complex technical information and develop recommendations to reduce emissions from the five priority sources of air toxics in the Portland Area.
