Dr. Philip Mote, OSU:
Dr. Mote is a leading scientist on the impacts of climate change, including variations in Pacific Northwest and national snowpacks,
sea levels, water resources, precipitation and temperatures. He
was a lead author for the fourth assessment report by the
Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, which received a
Nobel Prize for its efforts.

Jessica Shipley, Pew Center:
Jessica Shipley is a Solutions Fellow at the
Pew Center on Global Climate Change
where she assists the Vice President of Innovative Solutions on
state-level policy and on agriculture and forestry related
climate issues. She is involved in researching
and communicating technology solutions for reducing greenhouse gases in
a variety of sectors and assisting with Pew policy work on forestry and agricultural offsets.

Dr. Rob Zako, Greenhouse gas strategies for transportation
Dr. Zako has a Ph.D. in theoretical particle physics from
Berkeley and a B.A. in mathematics from Harvard. He was an
independent transportation consultant before joining Oregon
Department of Land Conservation and Development.
