(1/28/10 MDK/SR) DEQ issued ROD for EA 1 in July 2009 and RDRA work plan is expected to be submitted by April 2010. Upon DEQ approval Tektronix will implement the selected remedy for EA1. Tektronix is conducting a human health risk assessment for balance of the site, EA2-6. An RI Report is expected in first quarter 2010.
