Correction and Clarifications Rulemaking
At their February 2007 meeting, the EQC adopted the following revisions to the water quality standards:
- Action Item G: Revision of Oregon Temperature and Mixing Zone Rules to Align with EPA Action Under the federal Clean Water Act PDF
- Action Item H: Error Corrections and Clarifications to 2003 and 2004 Water Quality Standards Rules (see attachments under agenda H)
