Nonpoint Source Implementation 319 Grants
Oregon DEQ administers the federal Nonpoint Source Implementation 319 Program in Oregon.
This program provides federal grant funds under the Clean Water Act’s Section 319(h) to address
nonpoint water pollution issues. Nonpoint source pollution, unlike end-of-pipe pollution from
industrial and sewage treatment plants, comes from many diffuse sources, including runoff from
agricultural, forest and ranching activities, construction sites, home landscaping and road
surfaces. 319 Grants Fiscal Year 2012The 2012 Project Proposal RFP is closed.
